Are You Getting In Your Own Way Because of This?

There’s no doubt that the work healers and coaches do transforms lives. So why are so many of them caught in what seems like a hamster-wheel situation – working hard but not really moving ahead, financially or spiritually?

This unhappy situation certainly isn’t due to lack of passion or creativity. The culprit is almost always those twin demons: self doubt and perfectionism.
