    Hi Helen.
    What strikes me, when I hear this brilliant tip in a line of really great videos is along with a discovery i made, when I recently was in the States (where we also met) is:

    In Denmark we are almost as a nation proud of considering ourselves as a victim of the “jantelov”. Basicly the jantelov has 12 rules telling you that you are nothing and worthless.

    Seing your video it becomes very clear that you of all people have the same fear of stepping up - as we have.

    So there goes an excuse down the drain :-)

    Hi Helen: Followed your link from NLPCA Resources page and lo and behold I picked this video to watch. How fortuitous, and how true. Just what I needed to hear as I ramp up my first ever “Change the Way You Age” Group Coaching Program. It has been quite a long process, fraught with stops and starts, and lots of second guessing myself. The fear of having to step up and not being capable of doing so rears it’s ugly head quite a bit, even though the people I’ve talked to about it are enthralled and seem ready to sign up. Thanks so much for this brilliant reminder!
