This is fantastic, Helen!

I only have one question. Do ritual help one to play a keener dice game?

Smiles and looking forward to more fun in Tucson!

Cheers!

I appreciate your comments, Carole and Giulietta. And glad the dusty T-shirt and sweaty face didn't throw you off!

Hi Helen,

You are too funny! Lots of folks won't venture to the mailbox without bottled water.

Excellent tip. Everything plays out in our heads 15 seconds before it plays out in life. If we can get the "screenplay" right, then we can get our "lifeplay" right.

My ritual will be to see myself as a human magnet (wearing a 70's gauzy shirt with giant bell sleeves) effortlessly attracting fun & rebellious folks who want to live while they are alive, who know that once they get to the nursing home bed it's probably gonna be too late.

Thanks for being you!

Helen - you are so right. Things are always easier if you have a ritual. I have rituals for house cleaning, healthy diet, getting ready to work... And it's so true, if you deviate from your ritual, it throws you off entirely. That's why working with checklists is so helpful.

Good advice!
